This solution is a mobile web application which charters the physical progress of someone who gives up smoking on a Friday, over the weekend. The aim is to give regular alerts to someone about the changes their body is going through, not only positive but including the withdrawal they will be experiencing. This app capitalises on three things: - it shows that even over the weekend after quitting you can experience big health improvements - it shows a progress chain that people want to avoid breaking - it gives you the motivation you need in the first few days after quitting

About the data used for this project
Not very much formal data exists on the subject of what happens after you give up smoking. However, there is plenty of informal information around the NHS and the wider internet. Some research data on this subject would improve the quantity and quality of the data used in this project.
